CHALLENGING, HIGH RISK PRODUCTION PARTS
We prefer to pursue jobs that most shops would tend not to get involved with because we specialize in machining:
- Difficult to cut materials (high nickel alloys, heat-treated steels, stainless forgings and castings, titanium, armor plate, etc.)
- Thin walls with EXTREMELY close tolerances
- Parts that require extensive dedicated fixturing and tooling
- Precision parts with low micro-inch finishes
- Surfaces that must have no dings, nicks, scratches, surface irregularities, etc.
- Features that are critical in size after plating
- Parts requiring intricate deburring
In short, we are looking for the challenging, high-risk parts.
